Lee Kemp, Practice Director
For the last 13 years Lee has been supporting clients with business transformation and lean six sigma deployment in private and public sectors.
He is lean six sigma master black-belt coach, certified with the British Standards Institute at Black Belt level.
Having a passion for coaching he acquired masters level in personal and business coaching with Chester university.
His wider contribution to the consultancy profession has enabled him to be admitted as Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting.
He is approved to deliver consultancy and business improvement qualifications, accredited with the Chartered Management Institute and Institute of Leadership and Management.
With over a decade of facilitating change with the likes of Airbus, Arriva, BAE, Bombardier, Chiltern Railways, Rolls Royce, Vodafone and others. Clients like the way he is able to use this experience to cross relate learning to real life examples.

Louise Graham, Associate
Louise has over 18 years in the Finance sector, leading Finance and Accounts related continuous improvement projects. Louise spent 5 years at the Walt Disney Company as senior manager in finance, reducing creditors from 70% to 10% and debtors from 80% to 14% before moving in to interim and consultancy roles. Peter Moran, Associate
Peter is an experienced PRINCE 2 practitioner qualified, programme & project manager. He has extensive experience in the banking sector, having responsibility for large infrastructure projects in financial services and cards processing, He has also led Data-center migrations, systems and applications upgrades and global implementation programmes. His key strengths are understanding and managing the requirements of diverse teams, engaging people across both business and technical functions.
Peter has worked in account and supplier management, communicating to board level, managing multidisciplinary teams and controlling multi-million £ budgets.
Trained in the US by Richard Bandler (The originator of NLP techniques) he works well with individuals and teams to achieve business goals and objectives.
