ILM Level 3 Certificate for Professional Coaches
This builds on the Level 3 award and intended for those that will be carrying out a high degree of coaching in the workplace, passing on knowledge and techniques to others in the future.
The certificate requires an additional 2 days of classroom work and support covering unit:
D3.04 Undertaking an extended period of "supervised coaching" in the workplace.
Post the two days training you will be required to build up a further 30 hours + of work based coaching.
Unit D3.04 is specifically designed to build on and extend the coaching practice in Unit D3.03 from the Level 3 award. Learners should first complete Unit D3.03 and the assessment that it requires (a coaching diary) before undertaking Unit D3.04. This will enable learners to ensure that they have the requisite knowledge and skills to embark on the latter Unit with its more demanding requirements in terms of time and, more significantly personal planning and reflection.
