17/06/2010

Coaching For Change Ltd received great news today that their 10 day course in Lean Sigma has been approved by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and can begin customising the course for forward thinking clients commencing August 2nd 2010. The vocational related qualification is Level 5 Certificate in Service Improvement. RPL – (Recognition of Prior Learning) will be considered if an individual can demonstrate they have already met learning requirements through proof of project delivery and assessment.

Lee Kemp, Managing Director said: “We went through a rigorous approval process to get this course aligned to the expectations of the awarding body and delighted to be in a position to offer a recognised qualification on the back of real life project delivery and delivering bottom line results, this is exactly what our business is about”

“We would strongly encourage anyone in a position of leadership or management to consider taking an ILM qualification. By investing in management development, organisations can ensure that their leaders are confident in their abilities and able to lead employees through change to become best in class at what they do. Nurturing effiective leaders through management development is the single most cost-effective investment.”
