Lean Leadership Academy gets endorsed

Coaching For Change delivers a lean leadership academy endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management. Delegates achieve a recognised award based on their commitment to learning and applying newly acquired skills to real projects. They follow a 90 day (working days) program achieving deliverables in both personal and business performance. Broadly this includes:
- Receiving a personal leadership assessment using CLAW 360
- 10 days academy training
- Creation of a personal development plan
- 65 days of project implementation with personal 121 and group coaching
- Review benefits and close out
