CFC will coach, train and mentor personnel in developing their confidence, competence and skills to facilitate change in the most effective way, delivering bottom line results, fast.

Coaching For Change Ltd operates using an associate model, this enables us to manage costs, offer very attractive rates and provide the best people for a particular service. These services include Business coaching, leadership coaching, leadership training and business consultancy. Associates are recruited based on evidence of delivery and referrals from a close network. They must have but not limited to:

  1. Extensive coaching experience and recognised qualification.
  2. At least 5 years consultancy experience focussed on continuous improvement
  3. Problem solving capabilities – preferably Lean Six Sigma with recognised qualification or body – Motorola, GE, ASQ, BQF or BSI
  4. Track record of training delivery.
  5. A desire and drive to transfer knowledge in line with client needs.
  6. Willingness to get stuck in – “get hands dirty” when needed.
  7. An ability to take people with them during the implementation of change and a passion for delivering results.
