You may have already assessed your operational, support functions, or supply chain performance and got a pretty good idea on the scale of opportunities available. In which case we would ensure that projects were defined in such a way that it held us accountability as service providers. If not we can expose the opportunities for you and help with providing a third party view on business improvement change strategies and development of a blueprint to realise business benefits.
Courses
To engage your people in the necessary change to realise business benefits it is fundamental to have a core competence of change leadership and improvement methodologies within. Developing leaders that create a passion for change, communicate the vision, constantantly articulate the benefits in a clear and concise way, provide the support and deliver to plan. Developing this competency is at the heart of engage part of the cycle and courses are carefully selected and designed on this basis. Coaching
Wherever you are in the cycle of assess, engage and sustain we use coaching techniques. We will coach individuals to become leaders of change, acquiring coaching and training in the tools and techniques required to change leadership behaviour. This is the bed rock to achieving and sustaining business transformation benefits. Your leaders will receive workplace coaching and mentoring to develop their competence and confidence to implement change. They will also apply coaching techniques themselves, encouraging solutions and ownership from others.
