Business Improvement Consultant 

Contract: Contracting Opportunities Available:   Location: UK Wide (Travel Required):  Salary: £450 per day (Associate Contract)

Coaching For Change are looking for experienced consultants with the drive, energy and enthusiasm to help us transform our clients business processes, whilst building trusted relationships with our clients to deliver truly sustainable change. Working alongside our clients we transfer our knowledge and provide a hands-on approach to make real time sustainable improvements.

We are at the forefront of delivering significant improvement results - benefiting staff and organisations. You’ll need to have a good understanding of our clients’ organisation, be able to quickly identify their current issues and recognise opportunities to improve business performance using service redesign & transformation techniques.

In this role, you will work directly with the client to support business and operational improvement. It’s likely you’ll be working with multiple clients, so you’ll need to be driven, energetic and able to enthuse, educate and coach our clients to achieve results.

We need ambitious, highly experienced and forward-thinking Lean Practitioners & Consultants, with a proven track record of successfully implementing a Lean methodology would be advantageous.

Experience Required

·    Minimum of 3 years’ consulting experience in improvement methodologies.

·    Proven track record of developing and building client relationships,

     through engagement and hands on support

·    Experience in delivering and managing projects on time and to target

·    Excellent planning and scheduling skills in a project management environment

·    Demonstrable experience of building and developing a continuous improvement culture,

     either internally or externally, through knowledge transfer and coaching
