At the core of Coaching for Change is a simple belief: people — not processes, products, or strategies — are the real drivers of lasting change.

That belief comes from our founder, Grant Bowman.

Grant began his career in the corporate world, following the path expected of him. But it was through leading entrepreneurial businesses that he discovered his true passion: unlocking the potential of individuals and teams. The greatest reward for Grant has never been profit or prestige — it’s seeing people grow, find their confidence, and go on to achieve extraordinary things.

Over more than 25 years of leadership and consulting experience, Grant has seen what happens when organisations lose their sense of “we” — when fear silences voices, difference is avoided, and collaboration fades.


His mission is to reverse that.
